The Island of Ischia is a true paradise for trekking lovers. In fact, there are numerous scenic paths that cross both Mount Epomeo and ancient woods and vineyards, where you can discover old millstones, houses dug into the rock, pits for rabbits and for snow.
These are paths rich in history, imbued with the scent of flowers, the fruits that mix with the smell of the sea. Along the way it is possible to meet inhabitants still dedicated to agriculture, always ready to tell anecdotes about our beloved island and to let you experience the fruits of our land.
One of the most evocative paths that we organize for our guests is certainly the one known as the Tufo Verde. It is a path that reaches the top of Mount Epomeo, recommended for those who already have a minimum of trekking experience and who will take you to discover the most characteristic geological formation of the island.
Walking along ancient paths eroded by time you will really arrive at the heart of the island where the geological, vegetational, historical and anthropic aspects merge with a unique landscape, colored by different shades of green and illuminated by all the emotions that can be perceived.
